Debbie Watkins created smartcoaching in 2003 to build upon her passion for helping people to help themselves. In 1998 she faced the many challenges that divorce brings. She had a demanding job and a young daughter to support. Since this time she has been helping her clients face the challenges that life throws at them. In 2004 disillusioned with her job as Project Manager in Financial Services she left to become a full time coach.
Debbies key to success is Continual Professional Development. You can never learn too much. Debbie trained with The Coaching Academy and is a graduate of CoachU. She completed her NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioners course in 2005 and is an associate member of the ICF – International Coaching Federation. Debbie is also a qualified Image Consultant and Mortgage Broker.
